Arrival in Cairo. Your driver will pick you up from the airport. You will meet your group at the hotel, where your tour leader will also be waiting for you. During the afternoon, we will do a short walking tour in downtown Cairo, and have a local welcome dinner there.

Start your day at Saqqarah, home to the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest stone structure. Continue to Dahshour to explore the fascinating Bent and Red Pyramids, showcasing the evolution of pyramid design.
In the afternoon, visit the iconic Giza Plateau to stand in awe before the Great Pyramids, marvel at the enigmatic Sphinx, and explore the Valley Temple.
At night we will board an overnight train to Luxor.

After settling into our hotel in Luxor, we will step into ancient history at Karnak Temple, one of Egypt’s most impressive complexes.
End of the day with a magical sunset at Luxor Temple, where the stones come alive in the evening glow.

Begin your day with an awe-inspiring sunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Soar above the West Bank as the golden light of dawn illuminates ancient landmarks, including the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple, and the towering Colossi of Memnon. This serene experience offers breathtaking views of Luxor’s historical treasures and surrounding landscapes.
After landing, we will visit the Valley of the Kings to explore the hidden tombs of ancient pharaohs. Then, visit Queen Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple, a stunning tribute to one of Egypt’s most powerful rulers.
Conclude your day by admiring the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood guard for millennia.

Travel along the Nile to visit two remarkable temples: Edfu, dedicated to Horus, and Kom Ombo, a unique double temple honoring Sobek and Horus. Each site offers fascinating insights into ancient Egyptian mythology.
Arrive in Aswan and settle into accommodations near Philae Temple for a peaceful evening by this sacred site.

Start your day exploring Philae Temple on its picturesque island, dedicated to Isis and steeped in mythological significance. Later, embark on a scenic drive through the desert to Abu Simbel, where you’ll stay overnight near this iconic site carved into rock.

After marveling at Abu Simbel’s grandeur one last time in the morning light, drive back to Aswan and check into accommodations on Elephantine Island. Enjoy a tranquil evening surrounded by lush greenery and Nile views. If time allows, we recommend visiting the Nubian Museum for insights into Nubian heritage or hiking through the Valley of the Nobles to uncover tombs that reveal stories of Theban elites along the Nile.

After a relaxed morning in Aswan, we’ll take a short domestic flight back to Cairo. Afternoon check-in at the hotel with some free time to rest or wander around nearby streets. In the evening, we head out for a chilled dinner cruise along the Nile — a chance to see Cairo from the water, with local music, belly dance and buffet dinner included.

We leave Cairo early for the road trip west into the desert. Along the way, we’ll stop at El Alamein to visit the World War II memorial and cemetery, before continuing across vast desert landscapes. We’ll reach Siwa Oasis by late afternoon and settle into our local lodge, surrounded by palm groves and salt lakes.

A full day to explore the magical Siwa Oasis. We’ll visit the famous Cleopatra’s Spring for a swim, the ancient ruins of Shali Fortress with panoramic views, and the surreal salt lakes with their crystal-clear waters. In the afternoon, a 4×4 desert safari takes us to the Great Sand Sea for sand dunes, cold springs, and sunset tea in the desert.

After breakfast, we hit the road east across the desert towards Bahariya Oasis, a long but scenic drive through isolated villages and endless sand dunes. Arrival in the afternoon, time to relax in the guesthouse or take a stroll around the oasis town.

Today’s a highlight for nature lovers! We explore the dramatic Black Desert, stop by the sparkling Crystal Mountain, pass through the stunning rock formations of Agabat, and reach the iconic White Desert. We’ll set up a wild camp surrounded by surreal chalk formations, watch the sunset, and enjoy dinner under the stars.

Wake up early to catch sunrise in the White Desert — an unforgettable sight. After breakfast, we slowly make our way back to Bahariya, then continue all the way to Cairo. Arrival by late afternoon and check-in at our hotel for a final night in the city.
