What unites our travelers is undoubtedly their passion for travel. Travelers with a spirit of adventure, cultural interest and a taste for challenges.
A good mood is one of the common characteristics of our travelers 🙂
We travel in small groups, between 4 and 12 people, plus your tour leader.
In most accommodations, the rooms have twin or triple beds. Sometimes the accommodation can be up to six beds, as in the gers in Mongolia, for example.
You will share your room with your group mates, and whenever possible in twin or single rooms it will be with colleagues of the same gender. If you don’t want to share a room, you must book with the single supplement, which is always subject to availability. The single supplement only applies to twin, triple and camping tents and does not apply to gers in Mongolia.
Travelers are responsible for booking their flights. All trips start and end at the destination – this means that travelers are free to come together from anywhere in the world and find the most convenient fares, without being limited to a group flight.
You’ll have to activate your insurance and arrange to board another flight so that you can meet the group at the destination as soon as possible. The value of the experience in total, or in days and services booked that are not enjoyed by the missed flight, will not be refunded, however every effort will be made to get you back into the group as soon as possible.
Ideally, you should arrive on the first day of the trip, preferably in the morning, so you can enjoy the first day of the trip!
When you arrive at the airport, the transfer will be waiting for you to take you to your accommodation, where you will join the rest of the group.
All trips have transfers included, to and from the airport, as long as they are within the dates of the program. You therefore need to send proof of your flight booking in advance.
If you want to book additional nights, all you have to do is send a written request, so that we can quote and book the request on your behalf.
Transfers for the new dates can also be included.
Before the start of the trip, the trip leader will contact all members of the group by email. As a rule, a WhatsApp group is also created so that all those who accept the contact can share their expectations and doubts, and also get to know each other better!
Whenever you have free time, there will be suggested activities that you can do. If you want to do something that wasn’t planned, or wasn’t suggested, you can ask your travel leader for advice. It is always recommended to buy a local SIM card with data to keep in touch with the rest of the group and your leader via WhatsApp. If you can’t get in touch by message or call, you’ll always have the address of the accommodation, as well as the local contact details of your leader and the accommodation.
It’s important to let your leader know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We always do our best to accommodate all travelers, so the sooner we know, the better we can help you.
Yes, it is essential that you inform us in good time of any physical conditions, medications, diets or other restrictions you may have that could affect your comfort and well-being during the trip. We’ll do everything we can to ensure that these conditions don’t prevent you from traveling, but rather that we adapt (where necessary) so that you and the rest of the group can enjoy it to the fullest!
The cheapest way is to bring a prepaid Revolut card with you and withdraw it from local ATMs as you need it.
If you don’t already have one, you can order your Revolut card at Revolut.com.
Yes, although all expenses are covered, if you are satisfied with the work of those who receive you, a small gratuity for their services is recommended.
