These contractual Terms & Conditions are intended to establish the terms and conditions governing the provision of travel services organized by Tânia Neves (unusual voyages), hereinafter referred to as the Agency, a natural person with registered office at Rua Dr. Carlos Manuel Cascaes Brás 9 RC dto, in Ericeira, tax number 229839827 and RNAVT number 11051. at Turismo de Portugal, between the Agency and the Client.
The Agency is responsible for organizing the trips. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are complemented by the tour program in which the Client is enrolled, which constitutes the particular conditions of participation in the tour.
By contracting with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions established.
The Agency’s liability is guaranteed by civil liability insurance with the Allianz insurance company and by the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund of Turismo de Portugal, in accordance with the legislation in force.
The Customer is obliged to purchase travel insurance, which may or may not be purchased with the support of our partners. The insurance must be adjusted to the duration of your tour, destination and type of activities. By not taking out travel insurance, the Client automatically releases the Agency and all its partner service providers from any and all liability for the risks and consequent costs incurred by the Client as a result of not having taken out the recommended protection.
The Client must comply with the safety regulations applied to the destination during each trip so that, in the event of an accident or incident, the insurance will not be excluded due to the traveler’s negligence.
The Client is responsible for any personal documentation (passport valid for at least six months after the date of return, military documentation, authorization for minors, visas, vaccination certificates and any other documentation required) necessary for the tour. The Agency declines any responsibility for refusing to grant visas or not allowing the Client to enter a foreign country; in these cases, the conditions set out in clause 4.2 – “Cancellation of the Trip by the Client” apply, and the Client is responsible for any and all costs arising from this situation.
All prices indicated on the Agency’s website already reflect Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Complaints can only be considered if they are submitted in writing no later than 20 days after the end of the service provision. They can only be accepted if they have been reported to the service providers (hotels, guides, travel agencies, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay, requiring the respective documents proving the occurrence.
In the event of any conflict arising from this service contract, the client may call in the security deposit provided for under the terms of the legislation in force, and must submit the respective claim to Turismo de Portugal I.P. within 20 working days of the end of the trip.
These Terms & Conditions are complemented by the program of the trip in which the Client and their companions sign up, which constitutes the particular conditions of participation in the trip. They may also be supplemented by any other specific conditions sent to the Client at the time of registration or any others provided they are duly agreed by the parties.
