I am Paula Matias, a passionate woman explorer with two driving forces in life: personal development and travel.
Ever since I was a child my heart beats for my love for travel. Exploring new cultures, meeting people from all walks of life, and immersing myself in unfamiliar landscapes have always been sources of inspiration and growth for me. Whether it’s trekking through the mountains, wandering through bustling markets, or simply enjoying a sunset in a new place, travel fuels my curiosity and expands my horizons.
I started my solo travels when I was in university (I studied International Relations) and was my driving force until I became a mother. Then I decided to slow down, but my passion is always here!
By the time I turned 30, I had visited 30 countries and lived on a Greek island for half a year (so many stories waiting for a book to be published!). Then I stopped counting and returned to places where I was really happy. Morocco is one of them! The people, the culture, the sounds, the diversity fascinates me any time I visit it.
After working in areas like communication, marketing and commercial director, the coaching called for me as I started being captivated by the endless possibilities of personal growth. I believe that continuous self-improvement is not just a journey, but a lifelong commitment to becoming the best version of ourselves. Today, with my company “Master of You”, I organise and promote programmes, workshops, courses, and self-reflection, dedicating myself to this enriching path and constantly seeking new insights and tools to help others on their own personal development journey.
Combining these two passions, I have the privilege of leading groups in beautiful destinations around the world. These experiences are always opportunities for individuals to embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery while exploring the beauty and diversity of our world.
