This 20-day adventure will take you across Peru, Bolivia, Chile and the far-flung Rapa Nui.
From Inca temples to Aymara rituals, and from high-altitude lakes to desert moonscapes, this is for travellers who want more than the usual checklist. We’ll chase legends through the Andes, sleep under stars in the salt flats, and end in one of the most isolated — and mysterious — islands on the planet

Early rise for an exciting day at the Rainbow Mountains. We will enjoy a buffet breakfast at a local town on the way. Today’s adventure takes us deep into the Andes to explore some of the most breathtaking, colourful mountain formations on the planet — nature’s own palette painted across vast ridges and valleys. The vibrant colours are due to centuries of mineral deposits — reds from iron, yellows from sulphur. A challenging but unforgettable experience across highland landscapes dotted with llamas. We’ll soak in the views, walk among vibrant rocks and highland scenery that feels almost otherworldly.
On the way back, we stop in the same charming town for a buffet lunch, sharing stories and local flavours before returning to Cusco to rest and reflect on the day’s magic.

Iorana 🌺 (that means “hello” in Rapa Nui). We arrive in Rapa Nui — also known as Easter Island — one of the most remote and mythical places on the planet. Set deep in the Pacific Ocean and part of the volatile Ring of Fire, this volcanic island holds a unique cultural identity that few people truly know before visiting.
“Rapa Nui” is not just the island’s real name. It’s also the name of its people, language, and heritage. A living Polynesian culture with roots stretching across the ocean, shaped by isolation, resilience and spirituality.
Until recently, reaching this island was a rare achievement — and the future of travel here remains uncertain. Today is our slow welcome.
Accommodation: traditional Rapa Nui cabin
Meals: breakfast
After days high in the Andes, your body will thank you for being back at sea level — and what better way to celebrate than diving into the Pacific. The ocean here is more than just turquoise water. For the Rapa Nui people, it was once the only way to connect with the outside world, and it still shapes their stories, rituals, and survival.
Today, you can go snorkelling around volcanic reefs, try a first-time dive with a certified instructor, or simply float in the ocean and take it all in. From legends of arrival by canoe to the island’s near disappearance from maps, the sea has always held the secrets of Rapa Nui’s past — and maybe its future too.

Today we follow the trail of the moai, the iconic stone figures of Rapa Nui. Along the island’s coasts, we explore their ceremonial platforms, where the statues face inland — watching over the people and connecting with their ancestors.
At Rano Raraku, the ancient quarry known as the “moai factory,” we see dozens of statues frozen mid-carving, offering rare insight into how they were sculpted and transported. We will learn more about recent discoveries that challenge collapse myths — showing instead a resilient and ingenious culture.
The day ends at Anakena beach, where white sands meet turquoise waters and moai stand silently by the sea.

Today we go deeper — literally. We start at Orongo, perched on the crater rim of Rano Kau volcano, where the legendary Birdman cult once held sway. Every year, competitors raced to collect the first sooty tern egg from nearby islets — a ritual of courage, skill, and status. The ceremonial village is covered in petroglyphs, many depicting the Birdman, gods, and ancestral myths, each carving a window into Rapa Nui’s spiritual world.
We’ll also explore Ana Te Pahu, one of the island’s lava tube caves. These subterranean spaces once served as homes, hiding places, and even gardens — a brilliant example of how the Rapa Nui adapted ingeniously to their environment.
Accommodation: traditional Rapa Nui cabin
Meals: –
We wake early to witness the sun rise behind the solemn figures at Ahu Akahanga, one of the island’s coastal ahu. There’s no better way to say goodbye than standing beside the moai, watching the light shift over stone and sea.
After breakfast, we head to the airport and board our flight back to Santiago. We’ll stay overnight in the same airport hotel, giving you a chance to rest, reflect, or share your favourite stories from this epic journey.
