Arrival in Cairo. Your driver will pick you up from the airport. You will meet your group at the hotel, where your tour leader will also be waiting for you. During the afternoon we will do a short walking tour in downtown Cairo, and have a local welcome dinner there.

We will start our day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum to see the incredible Tutankhamon mask. Afterwards we will continue to visit to the iconic Giza Plateau, where we will stand in awe before the Great Pyramids, marvel at the Sphinx, and explore the intriguing Valley Temple!
In the evening, we will board our overnight train to Luxor.

After dropping of our luggage at the hotel, we will step into history at the magnificent Karnak Temple.
We will end the day with a breathtaking sunset at Luxor Temple, where ancient stones glow in the evening light.
